The Project we are most excited about is to have a lasting effect on not just our Team, but our Customers and our Families about safety culture. Incidents are almost always preventable and we take steps to make sure everyone is educated and aware of any potential dangers or hazards.
Technology and Our Customers
Offshore CNC is working with a Technology Group that will give acces to our customers to be able to see progress on any equipment in our shop, even while it is on the machine. The new cutting edge of Programming Systems has also made a huge impact on how our CNC's are utilized and made more effecient with quicker turn arounds, and as a secondary precision tool to ensure there are no mistakes.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Processes always change to improve, and as our customers needs change, we change with them. Our processes are evaluated and discussed thouroughly within our team and with our customers. Training is then applied through out the organization to improve on this as well as management and integration.
